S2 Barre is a blend of ballet inspired movement, pilates and yoga all in one!
It’s a full-body workout focusing on the areas women struggle with the most: hips, thighs, butt, abdominals and arms. S2 Barre incorporates low-impact movement and exercises to take stress off the lower back, knee and hip joints. At S2 Barre & Fitness Studio we use the ballet barre to execute small precise movements along with working compound muscle groups that tone thighs, glutes, arms and abs.
